MorePalmOSb1.2.0 is available in two formats:
morepalmos_b120_src.tar.gz for Mac OS X and Unix
morepalmos_b120_src.zip for Windows
The documentation is not available for download. However, it is generated out of the source code with Doxygen. If you must have an offline copy, you can generate it yourself. The default settings for Doxygen will not produce documentation formatted exactly like this, but it will have the same content.
